581С is a new project created by Vitaly Maklakov also known as mastermind of Obozdur and Kromeshna.
Such unusual title for the project was inspired by news that astronomers discover a new planet appeared to be good for life. It’s located in star Gliese 581 system, Libra constellation, in 20.5 light years from Earth. This planet has temperature similar to Earth’s one and probably has liquid water.
Musically 581С is a dark ambient project with strong noise and drone influencies. Working as 581С, Vitaly tries to abstract away from his former works, to rethink it and to create something really new. Conciliation, abstraction from everyday life, look to the sky, to origins, to infinity – all are combined in 581С.
