C1-117 is a project formed in Seversk (Tomsk-7), Russia. Influenced by industrial environment of this Siberian small town, music of the project is full of dark soundscapes and psychoacoustic experiments. Some tracks demonstrate a hypnotic effect that may lead to altered state of consciousness.
